When you call, you will talk with people who have knowledgeable backgrounds in machine tools. As American machine tool manufacturers have largely gone by the wayside today, so in turn, have many of the people who used to work day in and day out with the products which were once manufactured here and in select other countries abroad.
We here at (SMC) are one of the few companys left today who are fortunate enough to have people working in-house, with familiarity of machinery, opposed to "Sales" people who often simply come in off the street, soliciting employment. We are concerned that you feel respected when dealing with us, and we make every effort to even improve upon our ability to do so on daily basis. You will likely find this attitude and reality almost unavailable elsewhere. Furthermore, if we cannot give you useful information after you have taken the time and made the effort to call, we will not pretend to know what we are talking about either. It is our intention that our customers speak well of us, and our machinery as well. Thank you

- There are no voice mails, and there are no keypad/computer generated instructions to follow
- If we are busy when you call, we will return your call immediately
- You will not be left waiting on hold, and you will not be subjected to any company sales messages or song recordings
